Farhana Kassam is the Founder and CEO of One Eleven, a strategy solutions company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.

Farhana holds degrees in Psychology and an MBA in Strategy. Prior to founding One Eleven, she was active in strategy and change management consulting with an extensive background in the financial services space. Farhana has helped clients in the banking, retail, manufacturing, technology and healthcare sectors in developing their strategies around product innovation, business line expansion, pricing, finance, and operational efficiency. In addition to her financial growth strategy, Farhana has mentored and led leadership teams in innovation, change management and strategic planning.

Farhana is a dedicated philanthropist with a deep commitment to supporting her community through various volunteering initiatives. She actively contributes her time and efforts to organizations such as Kids Help Phone, the Daily Bread Food Bank, and Out of the Cold. Through her compassionate involvement, Farhana strives to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need, embodying the spirit of altruism and social responsibility.
